UPDATE MAY 9th:

We will start back accepting exchanges that are needed May 11th with new orders placed from May 11th and on, we will not be accepting any exchanges from previous orders as a safety precaution, any orders shipped to us will be returned if they were placed before May 11th,  please please make sure you measure before placing your order. Online Order Delays

We are working as safely and quickly as possible to handle an increase in online orders, as well as support our communities. That means online orders and customer service response times are taking longer than usual.

  • Ship to Home Orders - Most orders are arriving in your home within 10 business days (Monday-Friday). Some may arrive sooner, Thank you for your patience!

Due to the Nature of these products, All Toy and Treat purchases are Final.

If you order Treats that have icing on them, please keep up with your tracking once your order has shipped, its starting to get hot and if packages are left out in the hot sun or hot mailbox, the icing can get hot and start melting even though we pack our treats very tightly.

**SHIPPING INFO: Please keep up with tracking for reasons of "Porch Pirates" As we are a small business and we are not responsible for lost or Stolen Packages.
